Notifications

Overview

Notifications centrally deliver collaboration alerts generated by platform modules including Task Management and Cloud Documents. It enables users to stay informed about task updates, document collaboration, comment‑mentions and other business events, and quickly jump to relevant pages to handle corresponding matters.

Applicable Roles

All logged‑in regular users and team members.

Core Features

  1. Unread message badge to visually display the count of unread notifications
  2. Message list sorted in reverse chronological order, distinguishing read and unread status
  3. Support marking a single message as read, as well as bulk marking all messages as read
  4. One‑click jump from notifications to the corresponding detail pages of tasks and cloud documents
  5. Consume system notifications from two business modules: Task Management and Cloud Documents

Operation Guide

Accessing the Notification Module

Click the bell‑shaped notification icon on the bottom navigation bar to open the notification popup. The red numeric badge at the top‑right corner of the icon shows the number of unread messages.

Message List Operations

  1. View notifications: Browse all alerts in the popup. Each entry displays type icon, title, message summary and timestamp.

  2. Mark as read: Click a single message to mark it as read automatically. Click Mark All as Read at the top‑right of the popup to bulk‑mark all notifications as read.

  3. Jump to business pages: Click task‑related notifications to open the task detail page; click cloud‑document‑related notifications to open the corresponding cloud document.

Operations for Different Notification Sources

  • Task notifications: Covers task time modification, subtask creation, task deletion, task completion, assignee change, watcher change, comment mentions and new comments. Click to open task details for follow‑up actions.
  • Cloud document notifications: Includes adding collaborators, new comments, comment replies and document permission requests. Click to open the target document for collaboration processing.

Functional Description

Message List

The message list is sorted by event time in descending order by default. Each notification carries business context; clicking a notification navigates to the matching business detail page with context preserved.

Task Management Notifications

Receives events including task time changes, new subtasks, task deletion, task completion, assignee updates, watcher updates, comment mentions and new task comments. Notifications are delivered to task assignees, watchers, and users who are mentioned in comments.

Cloud Document Notifications

Receives events for adding collaborators, new document comments, comment replies and document permission requests. Notifications are sent to document collaborators, document owners and comment authors.

Business Scenario Differentiation

  • Task‑management notifications: Focus on task lifecycle changes and task comment interactions. Delivered to task assignees and watchers for tracking task progress.
  • Cloud‑document notifications: Focus on document collaboration, comment interactions and permission requests. Delivered to document owners and collaborators for handling document‑related collaboration work.
